Reviews and Ratings <br />
Unfortunately, my recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the service I received was rude and unhelpful. I found the management to be dismissive of my concerns regarding the booking and meal charges. Overall, the hotel is not worth the money given the dirty conditions and lack of proper service.
I had a wonderfully relaxing getaway at the resort, surrounded by nature and quiet. The staff was lovely, and the vegetarian food in the restaurant was enjoyable. However, the location was a bit far from Ubud's center, and some improvements are needed in terms of room cleanliness and maintenance. The atmosphere was peaceful and great for solo travelers looking for a break.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. While the new management seems to have friendly staff, unfortunately, the hotel was dark, dirty, and the service left much to be desired. However, the location was peaceful and close to great shops, making it a bit easier to overlook some of the issues.
I had a lovely stay in this resort where I could completely unwind amidst Ubud's vibrant atmosphere. The spacious grounds provided a peaceful escape, and the staff was genuinely caring. However, some of the facilities seem a bit worn out and could use maintenance. Overall, the experience was definitely worth the price, especially for a retreat.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the location surrounded by rice paddies is charming and the massage services were great, the rooms were quite outdated and not as clean as I had hoped. The service left much to be desired, as there seemed to be a lack of staff and management was unhelpful. Overall, it felt like it needed a lot of TLC to improve the guest experience.
